The MP3 range of UV systems is a radical move in treating non-transmissive, opaque fluids. The MP3 UV system can treat Opaque liquids such as Juices, Smoothie drinks, sugar syrup and dairy products to name a few. Our range achieves his by pulsing the UV and with a combination of our patented internal mixer we can extend the shelf life of products without the need for high energy systems such as pasteurisation. Our process does not alter the taste or flavour unlike pasteurisation and is a fully automatic and safe method of fluid disinfection.
The Pure-Pulse™ UV disinfection system delivers High Intensity UVC light predominantly at the critical emitted wavelength of 254nm. The system is unique as it delivers very high intensity ultra violet disinfection well in excess of any conventional Low Pressure system. Utilising our unique microwave generation system to power the lamps we can power a range of different lamps adapting the system for a given product. Due to this radically new design we can offer product warranties on certain applications of between 40,000 and 50,000 hours.
The High Intensity / Low Pressure Mercury Argon lamps consist of a sealed glass tube containing the same mercury Argon gas mix as conventional low-pressure lamps – but uniquely no lamp electrodes. The system takes the advantages of both low pressure (emit at 254nm wavelength, low temperature operation) and medium pressure systems (high kW output / reduced number of lamps) and gives additional benefits such as extremely long lamp life and instant light.
